A Configuration of UV tube
Using long-wave UV waves to attract pest come close is the core technology applied in solar pest killing lamp. There are three kinds of UV tubes:
1, Peak value 365, Nano UV tube, it also called UV-A light, Wood's lamp. Most insects like 330nm-440nm UV light wave, especially Lepidoptera and Coleoptera insects, they’re very sensitive to this wave range. Peak value 365nm long-wave UV tube can allure most phototaxis insects.
2, Spectral UV light, wavelength 300nm-450nm, has a good function on most insects, can allure mosquitos, moth into the light range with a good result hard to disperse them.
3, Special UV light, the phototaxis phenomenon of insects sometimes turned out unusual and changeable. With special UV light, we can kill insects target on a certain species accurately without killing other harmless insects. By adjusting the luminaire parameters to adjust the wavelength to achieve a good result on insect killing and insects natural enemy protection.
B, Introduction of each part:
1, High voltage coil:
If metal wires interweaved into a wire grid, each wire will pass electricity, the whole grid is bearing high voltage. The UV tube is surrounded by the grid, while the pest being allured by the light, will bump on the grid and electrified to death.
2, Insulative frame
Made of ceramics with high reliability and strength, supporting the metal wire grid from a short circuit.
3, Controller:
a,High voltage controller: using micro-computer(digital) DC frequency oscillation luring technique.
b, Pest killing lamp controller: using a light sensor, rainwater sensor, makes the lamp works automatically in the night and shut down automatically in 4hours and no light turn on rainy days.
4, Assistant structure.
Made of high strength plastic with yellow color, separated into the top cover and bottom base. The top functions as a way to covers the lamp from sun and rainwater, in the top of the top cover have a hosting ring for easy installation. Under the bottom base, there have buttons for power and controller.
